Digital signage

The university’s digital signage network provides a dynamic, visual way to share timely information with students, faculty, staff, and visitors across campus. Digital signs are strategically located to reach large audiences and deliver important updates in a format that is quick, clear, and engaging. Digital signage content may include, but is not limited to:

  • Current university news and updates
  • Emergency alerts and safety announcements
  • Key academic and administrative dates
  • Live-streamed campus events
  • Weather information and service updates

Faculties and departments can schedule and broadcast messages at one or both campus locations, ensuring that their information reaches the right audiences when it matters most.

Hardware request

Faculties and departments interested in installing their own digital signage can request hardware delivery and installation. The university’s web and communications teams collaborate with the Office of Campus Infrastructure and Sustainability to review all requests and confirm optimal placement for visibility, accessibility, and consistency across campus.

  • Hardware and installation costs are the responsibility of the requesting area.
  • The review process ensures signage supports both campus infrastructure standards and the overall look and feel of the university brand.
  • Once installed, units become part of the university-wide signage network, allowing messages to be scheduled centrally or locally.

Submit your hardware request by filling out the Project Initiation form.
