Release form
The university often captures and records photos/videos to support its marketing materials (e.g. website, blogs, e-blasts, printed and online publications, television programs, radio, TV and print advertisements, etc.). Due to the viability of these materials, all subjects who appear in a photograph or video are required to sign a release form.
