Form Manager

The Form Manager lists all of your forms. When you login to Machform, the default view is the Form Manager page. From this page, you can:

• add conditional logic to form fields (show or hide fields)
• embed forms on web pages
• manually enable or disable forms
• set up notifications
• view and download entries
